Description
ATMOS is a circular supply air diffuser with a perforated front, optimal for ventilating residential or commercial buildings. The diffuser is primarily designed for ceiling or wall installations. It may also be placed underneath the seats/chairs, on the vertical surface of a staircase step. For houses and apartments the diffuser is directly connected to the individual supply air ducts. For larger buildings, we recommend connecting ATMOS to a common pressure chamber duct system with one air volume controller and attenuator per zone. ATMOS is equipped with a deflector plate behind the perforated front, to yield an even air distribution and velocity across the perforated front. ATMOS, as standard, is also equipped with an integrated nozzle plate, which is positioned within the connection spigot, with the task to keep a balanced airflow and pressure for each diffuser positioned in-line within a system. The nozzle plate eliminates the need for a separate air volume controller, which results in an overall system cost and noise reduction.
