Hachapuri Georgian Restaurant

The specialty of the Hachapuri Georgian Restaurant in downtown Budapest is that the restaurant section has an open kitchen with grill and pizza oven. The arched design of the dining hall had to be preserved - any mechanical equipment would have looked out of place, so both the ventilation and the cooling had to be solved by air. Due to the kitchen exhaust, large amount of extra supply (tempered) air is distributed by our custom-designed induction diffusers without draft. Besides the diffusers, there are two MultiPlex, one SimPlex and one Verso air handling units, as well as a heat pump we installed. We are proud that the SUM monitoring system (developed by Airvent) ensures automated operation and remote access.
