Description

The PRCX is a square vortex ceiling diffuser and exhaust anemostat, designed for installation in suspended ceilings with central mounting. Its main component is a front panel with slots that delivers air into the room draft-free and with low noise levels. The PRCX units are also suitable for exhaust applications, providing a uniform appearance in ventilated spaces.

For PRCX units smaller than 595x595 mm, we recommend a painted adapter element (type code: SI) whose external size matches the standard ceiling panel dimensions, while the internal size fits the outer dimensions of the PRCX anemostat. When inserted into the SI adapter, they can easily be integrated into a standard 600x600 mm ceiling grid.

Application

The PRCX ceiling diffuser is recommended for comfort ventilation in office buildings, shopping centers, retail stores, etc.

• PRCX outside dimensions: 400, 500, 595 mm
• SI dimensions of connection: 400, 500 mm (the outside dimension is 595 or 620 mm)

Optional accessories

• TLS commissioning box: TLS commissioning plenum box is an optional accessory for diffusers with rectangular front plate connection design, such as PRCX. The connection of the TLS from the air duct side is circular. The TLS box is equipped with insulation, an air deflector plate and a commissioning damper. The damper can be opened with a white and closed with a black cord. TLS is made of galvanized sheet steel, sound insulation and an air-tight rubber sealing on the connection.
• SI adapter: SI adapter is an optional accessory. Its outer dimension is the same as the standard 595x595 gypsum ceiling tile. On request, for 626x625 gypsum ceiling, SI adapter with sizes of 620x620 is available. The adapter is made of steel sheet as powder coated RAL 9003.
